this is a very special Silk Antique dress. colorful florals. with a cape like shoudler that has little hand sewn rosettes on it. I want to say 20s but probably 60s. its in PErfect vintage condition its crazy. bias cut with the most amazing seaming throughout. they dont make dresses like this anymore.
